Well it shouldn't be too difficult to figure out the specialty of this tent. The original steam rotisserie was designed and put to use in 1881 and holds a whole ox. Little has changed today other than electricity has replaced the original engine. It takes about 6 or 7 hours to grill up an ox which can turn out around 700 portions of meat. In 1994, over 187,000 servings were dished out. That's 94 oxen!
This is a very family friendly tent and one that's knows how to party late into the evening. Good traditional Blasmusik will give way to Rock at some point and a good time will be had by all.
There is not much International flair here and that's fine by me. Mostly German tourists and locals with families, especially early in the day. This is also not one of the crazy tents you here about and seeing as it's only about 100 meters to the U-Bahn line, it makes for a quick egress late at night.
